Online shopping buyer beware REN’s ship with incompetent shipping service that delivers to the wrong address, when you contact REN’s customer service via phone it’s voice mail they don’t return calls when you contact through message they send you a picture of the wrong address and tell you here’s proof we delivered 2wks of waiting for a return call or email. Thank goodness the person who received my order was kind and honest enough to drive to my home and deliver my package. I couldn’t even get help through the shipping company as REN’s didn’t even put the shipping # in my confirmation email. This was following the worst in store service I had received while searching for the product I was looking for a staff member approached me to ask if I could find everything I was looking for which I responded actually no I can’t I proceeded to ask if they still carried said product which she replied you can see what is there and walked away! Why offer to help if you have no intention of helping? (Only reason I ordered online was i couldn’t get it in store) There’s other pet store that I can deal with as in store service has something to be desired and on line shopping they deliver to the wrong address and don’t care.

I asked her about a low fat food to use on a lick mat and she proceeded to tell me that the vet prescription food that I feed my dog (she is on a special diet after almost dying of gastroenteritis) is unhealthy for her and is bad for her. This is unacceptable behaviour from an employee, to shame me for feeding my dog what my vet recommends. I feel very uncomfortable going back into here after being treated this way. If this is how you choose to have your staff interact with your customers then you really need to be rethinking your business model. You re supposed to be here to support our pets best interest, not shame owners for following professional advice. I’m in tears as I write this because of how rude she was. Absolutely terrible experience. I would like to have a manager contact me regarding this.
View on GoogleThe staff are so friendly and helpful. We didn't get the harness we went for but tried on many that were either too big or too small. Our wee guy is just that special size! 🥰
View on GoogleI stopped in this week to check it out since I have never been here. It’s a very nice store with a great selection. The store is clean and the staff were friendly. I was able to find a bone for my sister’s dog that she absolutely loved. Great experience.
