I love Ren’s Pets. The staff at this location are always very friendly and helpful. They offer a wonderful selection of pet foods for every pet need. I’ve had very good luck with both Vetdiet and Open Farm for my dogs. Thank you so much Ren’s.

I used to love shopping here, everyone was so welcoming and inviting but something has changed…MOST of the staff is super kind and always say hello but as of lately one employee (seems to be a manager) has not said anything to us, she will look past me when I am at the counter and she will say hello to every other person in the store…I’m not sure what the deal is but it makes me not want to shop at this location, knowing there’s a chance I will be treated poorly. This employee used to be the most friendly happy person but now seems like she acts as if she is better than everyone else. I’ve given the store four chances after I started noticing the poor treatment, and all four times I have left feeling the same way…so hoping this review gets some light on this, because I’m sure other customers are noticing too.

I stopped into Ren’s Pets in Niagara Falls to grab food for my dog, and I was so impressed with the experience. The store is bright, organized, and has an amazing selection of healthy food options. A staff member actually took the time to walk me through the different brands and helped me choose the best one for my pup’s sensitive stomach. My dog loves it, and I love the peace of mind knowing I’m giving him quality food. Definitely my new go-to pet store!

I love shopping at Ren’s Pet Store! The cashier was so friendly and happy to help, which made my visit quick and easy. I specifically come here because they carry the Back2Raw brand, which can be hard to find elsewhere. It’s always well-stocked, and the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. Great service and great selection—highly recommend!
