He made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, he took the time to make sure we had a complete understanding from start to finish. If you want to be treated like garbage, have your real estate agent miss viewings, get your MLS listing wrong over and over and over and hound him to fix it and when you try and drop them as an agent they blame you and try and bully you into giving them money for nothing! Ryan and remax is definitely the place you want to be! What an absolute horror. I wish I could give no stars. Save yourself the aggravation and condescending worthless talk and go somewhere else

We had a horrible experience with Andree Davis and would not recommend her to anyone. She was pushy, not informative in any way, forgetful and basically did nothing for us. She mixed up important dates and info, would tell us one thing and then say she never said that, etc. She did not try to make it right with us in the end and did not go above and beyond for us in any way. We felt totally taken advantage of and it's unfortunate the experience was so sour for us when it didn't have to be. We would never go with her again and would never recommend her to anyone.

I have been dealing with Remax Welland for many years as a real estate lawyer. They have always been very professional, and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.
