I recently used Denis Rancourt of this brokerage I ChatGPT search in order to find a house to rent in the Niagara region and found Denis Rancourt. Denis worked very hard to find me rentals and none of them worked out. We moved to the Plan B. to buy a house. Denis had me on a couple of house hunting trips and we looked at at least 25 homes. He was so patient, attentive, and would even look at houses when I was out of town. I appreciated his experience in the area, his kindness and his patience. It goes a long way in today’s society thank you Denis. This is a real review. Not paid 😁

I literally called in to speak to a salesrep so I can list my house. I heard remax is great but when I spoke to Jen supposedly she was the intake department for Remax I felt very uncomfortable she was very awkward. So I decided not to list my home with this brokerage. Thx,

Terrible experience dealing with this Realty purchasing a house. I have dealt with Remax numerous times before in the past and it was never a headache selling or buying. I requested not to be pushed into a sale, not to be contacted during business hours and provided written specifications of what I was seeking. None were followed. There was no respect shown to me as Client and they never listened to my needs. They pushed me to learn their portal, and they didn't have a clue on how to use it. In the end I found the house myself and then they pushed me to take all subjects off without having financing secured. My suggestion is to visit other Remax locations and save yourself some pain.

I recently had the worst experience of dealing with one of the realtors from this office, Sue Leslie is her name. she had listed her own house for sale in Niagara falls and the whole transaction was the worst ever in my real estate dealing so far. Have bought and sold more than 7 homes. The garbage from the closing date is still on the front of the house and the inside of the house was a disaster that we are still fixing even though paid more than half a million dollars.
