Your member of staff could have easily reached out to me, but choose to think this would just "go away".

I called the office regarding a property twice on different days the reception lady said she will page the sales agent 1st day no call back 2nd day again call them and ask the reception lady and explained how I called yesterday and did not get call back from the agent and same thing ok I will page the agent and again no call back do yourself a favour and work with an agent and have your agent deal with these guys cuz they won't respond.
