My kiddo recently started attending BJJ and I honestly cannot say enough positive things. She's much smaller than the other kids yet the coaches always help encourage, and validate her strengths. Great facility, even better staff.

I walked into Relentless about 3 years ago, in a transitional time in my life where I was finishing University and stopped playing team sports but wanted to stay somewhat active. Although people don't think of combat sports as a team sport, I can assure you that Relentless is a team closer than any I have previously played for. The owner, Pat, and everyone involved here have created a special atmosphere where people training for competition OR recreationally can train together in a safe and positive environment. It really is a tight knit group of people open to anyone regardless of experience or goals.

Relentless MMA is an outstanding MMA gym offering a variety of programs. My kid’s are thoroughly enjoying the kickboxing program. It’s more than just a place to train; it’s a community where kids can make friends, build confidence, and have fun while learning kickboxing. The atmosphere is filled with camaraderie, creating a family-like environment where everyone supports each other. The coaches are incredibly hardworking and dedicated, providing excellent training and guidance for all age groups and skill levels. This isn’t your regular gym. Relentless is a community of people from different walks of life growing stronger together each day. Kait and Pat care tremendously for their team of people as well as their local community of Niagara. Dave is always prepared with fundamental to advanced teachings in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He helps us better ourselves every day, on and off the mats. They all continuously show me, personally, what a supportive set of coaches should look like! I highly recommend Relentless MMA & Fitness.
