I had an amazing experience here today with Hailey. I had a very frustrating day trying on clothes at many different stores and decided to come here to give it one last shot. I was warmly greeted by everyone when I walked into the store. Hailey approached me and offered help if I needed anything, I told her what I was looking for and she helped me piece together a full outfit; suit, pants, t shirts, sizing, what colour, etc. I’ve never bought a suit in my life and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was so kind, caring, and attentive. I genuinely appreciate her kindness. I was having an awful day and she totally turned my day around and helped me find exactly what I needed. I love everything I bought. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back. Thanks again Hailey for being so awesome and kind! I appreciate it more than you know!!

Not a good experience. Was waiting outside the change room for five minutes, no one acknowledged me to ask if I needed a room or to go in one that's open. Someone came out of the change room who I assumed worked there? As she was cleaning then went behind the counter and started organizing things. I put my stuff on the counter and walked out. I understand if you're busy however maybe you should be more of your customers as they just lost a sale.

Just had the best experience here. Came in looking like a drowned rat in the rain feeling down and insecure (hadn't planned on shopping but have a wedding tmrw and nothing was working! You know the days) and the ladies here were so warm and kind. I missed the name of the lovely person who helped me most but she really turned my evening around whether she knows it or not and helped me find jewelry to go with the dress I found when I asked and suggested a few shows styles that might work after I asked for her advice. Will def be back. Thanks ladies!!!

Had a frustrating day trying to find clothing. Had visited a few stores. Grateful this was my last stop as the lady helping me was very accommodating and understood my frustration. I found some lovely things and left feeling upbeat. Unfortunately I didn't get the ladies name but thankyou very much. It has been awhile since I have had such lovely customer service.

I went in and it was very busy, long lines for the change rooms yet ALL staff was very accommodating, taking peoples clothes so they didn’t have to hold them while waiting and making sure everyone had sizes they need. It’s a big stores but very put together. I don’t normally review places but this store and their staff never fails me! My favourite Reitmans location.
