Reimer Verge Insurance Brokers

Super frustrated - gone from having to prove my license is valid (which it totally was...no idea why it was questioned in the first place other then the rep I have is horrible!) To now having to prove i have other insurance in order to quit then.......what the heck??!! I would love a manager to get in touch with me as I think I am being mistreated by your agent!!! Unbelievable

She looks for the best deal for me and never minds explaining all the policy details. Rose is very professional and a true pleasure to deal with every year at renewal time.

I decided to change insurance companies and brokers and switched to Reimer Verge Insurance brokers. Nancy Acaster did a wonderful job. The service was exceptional. I would recomend them to anyone. They got me a better deal and made the switch painless and effortless. I had to again contact Nancy because I had not received my paper documents from CAA. She sent me a pdf the same day so I could see the details of my policy. Fantastic response again from Nancy.

I have been with Reimer Verge for almost 19 years now, the customer experience I get from Rose is just at a amazing level that it does not even come close to some of these bigger brokers, she is only a phone call or email away, is empathetic and is proactive to my needs and advises me on the features that are most important. She always gets me the best rates and I can’t see going with any other insurance even if they are cheaper. The experience and service I get is well worth it. Thanks Rose you are amazing. Imran
