Regional Towing

Sooo Joe essentially came to my rescue. The tires on my car were slashed, shot to bits and couldn't move it. I was having trouble finding a towing service that could move my car. I put out a Facebook post just to see and Joe messaged me almost right away. Told me he would take care of it for me next day. I gave him directions to where it would go and he just did the damn thing. His communication was quick, he is so polite and I feel like this review only partially encompases my gratitude. I was getting parking tickets up the wazoo and I felt so secure in his assurance he would take care of it. BOOK THIS GUY!! He's got trucks all over Niagara, he's prompt and he knows what the heck he's doing.

Recently, I was in a position where I had to get a tow quickly and Niagara 24 HR. Regional Towing Was able to step in and provide that service for me. I want to express a personal thank you to the owner for extending himself and recovering a negative situation into a positive one by offering a future complimentary tow as well as covering the damage costs that were unfortunately done at the time of the tow. Joe was a pleasure to communicate and work with and his promptness, professionalism and kindness in diffusing the situation is the reason that lead me to give this review and recommend their company.

I’ve used Regional Towing several times now, and every single experience has been outstanding. Professional, calm, and absolutely at the top of their game. Most recently, I had a battery issue with one of my tour buses on a busy Saturday—the worst possible timing when you’re responsible for keeping guests on schedule. Joe was incredible, as always. He immediately put me at ease, told me a truck was on the way, and gave me clear instructions to leave the keys with the vehicle so they could handle everything else. True to his word, they took care of the entire situation flawlessly, including getting the bus safely to the dealership for repairs. No stress, no babysitting, no disruption to my guests—just total professionalism. When you’re running a business and timing matters, these are the people you want in your corner. From the moment I called, everything was handled quickly, seamlessly, and with great care. Joe assisted me from start to finish — bringing both me and my vehicle to the police station for the report, then safely to the repair shop. What really stood out was how kind, calm, and professional they were during a stressful situation. They clearly know what they’re doing, and it says a lot that the other party involved in the accident also chose their services after seeing how well everything was handled. Thank you very much again, Joe. I truly appreciate the excellent service.

I had an amazing experience with Joe and Regional Towing! My vehicle needed to be towed a very short distance and i didn't know who to call so I posted on social media to find some recomendations. Someone tagged Joe in the post and he reached out to me directly offering his company's service for no charge. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely goes above and beyond without expecting anything in return. I cannot explain how incredibly helpful this was to me and my family in order to get my kids and I back on the road. I’m so grateful for their generosity and will absolutely be calling them again if I ever need help. Highly recommended!
