Regional Limousine

I’ve used Regional Limousine a few times now for airport pickup/drop off and every time I am pleasantly surprised at the kindness of the drivers. Each driver I’ve had experience with has always welcomed me into their car and held such enjoyable conversations. The vehicles are always so clean and comfortable. And they always go above and beyond by offering water, and by being so flexible when there’s many airline mishaps

Colin was perfect! He arrived 15 minutes early, took care of all bags and was super friendly. Highly recommend

The driver was on time, very courteous and helped us in to the vehicle, had a lovely little chat. Helped us when we got to the airport and told us how to contact the service when we get back. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Our driver, John was incredible. He showed up early to our wedding venue, helped us load and unload the limo and even gave us some beverages to stay hydrated following the drive. He also made sure to confirm the ride a few days in advance. John clearly cares for the people who he is driving and as a result, we will definitely be choosing regional limousine the next time we need such a service again :)

Amazing service. After breaking my ankle, and relying on VIA rail employees to get us to the curb in a wheelchair at Union Station, it was a relief to have Kevin waiting to drive us home to Thorold. He assisted me into the vehicle and handed our luggage. The drive home was expertly professional.
