Dropped my vehicle off for an inspection. Received a detailed inspection including report including photos via a txt. When I arrived to pick it up everything was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered. I recommend Reggie’s to anyone looking for auto repair.

I've finally found a mechanic that I can trust, Jared, actually knows what he's doing, provides proof of what's damaged and gives you options before getting your vehicle done. Reggie, the owner has done the work to train his employees and it really shows. Amanda, who works front desk, emphasizes with you, and for a secretary im blown away how educated she really is. Here, they treat you better than family, almost like a good friend. I dont feel like the car is stressing me alone. They put the work in, give good advice, they chit chat with you as if you knew them for years. My nissan kicks(2020) has some real issues, the transmission, engine, brakes and struts are the main problems but fixing her up wasn't all they did. Advising me on what to do next, educating me about my options in buying a new vehicle, understanding my contract, and assisting me with the best options to go further is how you know you found a company that truly cares about their job and their customers. I'm so happy my sister introduced me to them. After nissan abused me, lied to me, etc....they really worked with the company to make my life easier and came up with a plan. And yes it was expensive but not close to the price of nissan, or other mechanic. When I broke down a few blocks from their shop they helped me right quick as if I had an appointment. And Amanda was like a sister to me, we spoke about everything, we joked, we vented about all kinds of stuff. I almost never do reviews but I had to do something, no mechanic has ever been truthful to me. And since Aug my car seen 5 shops but its Reggies for the win. There truthful, and they let you know everything that's wrong with your car. They dont just worry about the problems u came for they worry about you, and your safety. And knowing all your cars issues will save you from a potential accident. Trust me, that breakdown on road is all because Nissan wanted to cover things up and take my money for no reason without understanding that I could have hurt someone on the road or myself. My neighbour recommended to go here. I initially went to the dealership and they had quoted me almost double to diagnose the oil leak for my car (I would have never paid of course). Then I went here and they fixed my issue on the spot. They are quick and got the parts right away. Amanda at the front is so very friendly and helpful. The techs here are honest with you. Prices are reasonable!!
