Redstone Winery & Restaurant

We visited in September without a reservation around 1pm, 3 people. The staff were accommodating, and despite some confusion with seating due to the large party and wait we were seated on the patio, which was lovely. The food was really good. I loved both the salad (beetroot) and the pasta (Fogo island). Generous portions and I couldn’t even finish my pasta! My friends also enjoyed their food. The drinks looked beautiful but didn’t quite do it for us. (Whiskey sour) Overall, great place, awesome patio, good atmosphere and solid food. I’d happily go back any time!

At various times in my life, I’ve been lucky enough to find a truly exceptional restaurant that feels like a second home — a place that keeps drawing you back again and again. For me, that place is the restaurant at Redstone Winery. The meals, prepared by the legendary Chef Kristina, are nothing short of Michelin-star quality — each dish beautifully presented and full of unforgettable flavours. The modern setting, paired with sweeping views of the vineyards, creates a perfect atmosphere for enjoying the experience. The staff are knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about the outstanding Canadian wines they serve, making wine an approachable and truly enjoyable adventure. A heartfelt thanks to our new friends Sandy and Mike for introducing us to The Redstone and sharing their love and expertise for the wines they cherish. What do I recommend on the menu? Everything! Whether it’s the fish and chips, pizza, or schnitzel at lunch, or the mouthwatering Cornish game hen, trout, or braised beef at dinner — they’ve all become my favourites. Finally, a big thank-you to the staff members like Sarah,Shelby,Joshua, Kylie, for your impeccable, courteous, and friendly service. All of the staff clearly love being there and it shows!

We’ve been to The Redstone Winery & Restaurant (thanks in part to our friends Sandy & Mike) several times now — for special events, dinners, and most recently, a Thanksgiving lunch — and each and every time, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The venue (breathtaking views and beautiful architecture), staff, scenery, vibe, and entertainment are all outstanding. From the moment you arrive, the team makes you feel genuinely welcome. Sarah, the Manager, is wonderful and so kind. Riley is the best!- she never hesitates to accommodate my indecisiveness (indoor vs outdoor seating). Shelby is always positive and smiling (love her!)....Joshua is great (super nice and cool), and Jason is very patient and kind. They are always friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. Chef Kristina Pierce is truly remarkable. Her bespoke, personally curated dishes reflect an extraordinary palate and a refined creativity that deserves serious recognition — the kind you’d expect from a restaurant worthy of Michelin Star status. And it's just a matter of time ⭐️ The food is exceptional, the wine selection is otherworldly, and the entire experience is one that keeps us coming back. What an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, this winery exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was stunning—beautifully set up and inviting! The food was exceptional, every dish thoughtfully prepared, visually pleasing and full of flavor. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Kylie. She was outstanding—warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us through the menu and recommended all 3 wines for my tasting flight, which did not disappoint - we ended up buying a bottle of each one. Between the incredible food, the great wine, and Kylie’s top-notch service, this winery is an absolute must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

We have visited Redstone Winery & Restaurant several times, and every visit has left us with the warmest impressions! • Family dinner: cozy interior, welcoming atmosphere, child-friendly attitude, attentive staff, and, of course, truly delicious food. • Family lunch outdoors: a pleasant meal in the fresh air with a view of the vineyard, excellent cuisine, and impressive lunch specials. • Girls’ night out with friends: once again, outstanding service, a relaxing atmosphere, and we were absolutely happy with our experience. As a photographer, I also recommend planning your dinner just before sunset — the vineyard views at golden hour are simply magical, and you can get some stunning photos to remember the evening. We highly recommend this restaurant — whether for dinner, lunch, or a get-together with friends!
