Red Swan Pizza - Welland

Had such a bad experience at this location i have been a big fan of red swan and i have tried alot if other locations but today i decided to try this location and unfortunately got burnt pizza and upon talking to the cashier they said this is how they make it and i was asking them to refund as i placed pickup order and waited 30 minutes roughly and couldn’t wait for same burnt order as that is how this store makes it apparently, i have tasted the pizza several times and the dough is always fresh and soft each bite while being perfectly cooked but this pizza was super well done to the point wherr the toppings were burnt like blacked out and it was a medium pizza i tried couple pies to the point where i felt vomitting with the burnt after taste after waiting and arguing with the cashier he refunded me partially and charged for the dip as i was so frustrated i left everything and took my partially refund back would never try or recommend this. Pathetic customer service

The quality of the 8’ personal pan spicy paneer pizza is absolutely horrendous. The paneer pieces were burnt and not edible at all. As the pizza name suggests it being spicy there wasn’t any spice to eat. The bread was hard to chew as well. Absolute disgusting and disappointing.

This was my first experience eating Red Swan Pizza. My Wife and I each had the 8” pan pizza, I must say it was awesome! Hot and freash but, a little stingy on the toppings. Also we waited about 15 minutes, my Wife got her pizza (ham & pineapple) while I ordered pepperoni & hot peppers but ended up getting the same pizza my got. So I went back to let the person know and had to wait another 10 minutes ish for my correct order. While ok, mistakes do happen given this was my very first experience and that a new customer has had to wait almost 30 minutes for a little pan pizza I thought they’d want to make up for it in some small way but, no! That isn’t great customer service in my book…at least at this location. I will try them again (different location) though as the pizza was really good!

I ordered keto pizza with garlic sauce, shwarma chicken, banana peppers and spicy paneer. It was really good! I also ordered their vegetarian pizza bowl and added ham so it tastes like hawaiian..that was really good too! I was hungry so just remembered taking photos after I had eaten them.

I've heard several friends rave about this place and even got to try their fresh, steaming hot pizza at a couple of parties. It's seriously delicious! Lately, I've ordered from them multiple times myself—great prices and even better taste! Their daily special pizzas are always a hit! Plus, the evening shift staff is always so warm and attentive—love her smile!
