Red Swan Pizza - St. Catharines North

I arrived to pick up my pizza 30 minutes after placing the order, only to find that the staff had not even looked at my order, and the pizza had clearly not been put in the oven at all. When I finally received the pizza, the mushroom topping was completely burnt, and the entire pizza was badly overcooked and unacceptable. What is frankly unacceptable is that this is not an isolated incident. If you order from this location five times, at least three of those orders will result in a similar experience. This location has consistently declined in quality and service, getting worse month after month and year after year. Even more concerning is the complete lack of basic customer service. Staff at this location do not greet customers at all—no acknowledgment, no courtesy, nothing. This raises serious concerns about store management, training, and overall workplace culture. I don't know if this is their culture things This level of negligence reflects poorly on your brand, and head office needs to be aware of the ongoing operational failures at this store. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

A great pizza place, the taste and quality of the pizza was amazing, they have variety of pizza and side dishes. Definitely worth visiting and for pizza lovers it can be a great go to place. We tried their veg pizza (custom), keto crust and chicken wings both were amazing.

Tanroj and Justin are nice. They were patient as I was taking time to decide and they advice me. Pizza are good if you look for something to eat fast and promotion for 12$ (+ vat 13,5$) for 2 topping

First time ordering and im impressed with the wings and only thing I'd like better is a crisper bottom of the pizza. Shae has the best personality over the phone. Definitely going to order again.
