We visited the NOTL location on 24th of May, and we experienced the worst experience we’ve ever had shopping in Red Canoe. We absolutely adore and love the design and quality of Red Canoe, and as locals we always visit this store when we have overseas visitors visiting us because this is one of the most unique Canadian brand. However, on the day we visited, the sales girl with purple highlights demonstrated the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen. The whole time we were there, not only she didn’t greet or smile even once, but she also showed obvious impatience attitude towards every customers. There were many international visitors in the store at the time, she didn’t say hi nor standing up from the corner where she was sitting, she just sat there staring at people or scrolling on her phone. When you asked for sizes, she rolled her eyes before going to the back getting it.It was a very unpleasant and unwelcome experience that made people have no desire to stay in the store for even one extra minute. On the other hand, we visited the store in The distillery district on 28th of May a few days later, the experience was completely different. The two girls who work in this location were very helpful, and super friendly. As a local who lives in Niagara Falls and visits NOTL frequently with visitors, I’d love to show my support towards Canadian brands when people visiting me from overseas. Unfortunately, after this terrible shopping experience in Red Canoe at this location, it is a shame that I don’t think I could bring anyone or even myself into this store location anymore if that’s the service being provided. I’m very sorry, but just NO.

View on GoogleI called ahead to see if they had a specific item in stock. It wasn't normally stocked at the new location but the staff took my number anyways. Less than a week later I received a call to tell me that the item was in stock and they would hold it for me. When I stopped in the staff knew exactly where my item was, and I was on my way after browsing through their extensive collection for a few more aviation t-shirts and ball caps.
