You may think having an office to go to and ask questions, people who pick up the phone and walk you through things, and a "home town family buissness" feel in an insurance company is worth it. The extra fees, no forgiveness for life getting in the way and no empathy for your situation besides talking nicely to you make this company a two faced one as bad as all the rest of these companies making money off of doing nothing for you and hiking the price without explanation and with minimal warning

After 10 years of dealing with the other insurance company and each year my premiums going up for no reason as my car depreciated and no claims , it’s great dealing with a company that truly cares about its clients. It’s been a great pleasure working with your team from the moment I first called .too bad there’s only 5 🌟 up there . lol

I have been their client since 2019; however, they just called me from Desjardins office and let me know that they are going to end my home policy at the end of the year, due to my number of claims. They had never given me any warning about my claims before. I would never recommend them because they have no courtesy for their clients. In my home policy it has never been stipulated that there are limited number of claims. Again I would never recommend Desjardins insurance. They did not deserve to have me.

Rebecca Mullins team is amazing!! Callan saved us hundreds of dollars each month, and he took the time to really look at out home and auto policy to see what coverage was really needed. Very knowledgeable and professional, their customer service was excellent.
