Could not have a conversation with the employee. I was asking a few questions and he was very short. I will not be returning, I just feel disturbed by the experience.

Horrible experience evertime I have to come to this welland location. I intentionally go out of my way to go to the port colborne store as the man working is aweful to deal with. His very rude and makes you feel like you are bothering him being there. He wants you to hurry up and get out. Don't ever try to ask a question about product because his demeanor and behavior just gets worst. I will never step foot in that store again and I have warned all my family and friends to avoid this location. You would think after so many bad reviews something would change. I'm not sure who the guy is working there, if his the owner, the manager or just a bad employee, but perhaps someone else with customer service skills should be working the front end. This is no way to conduct business.

Customer service SUCKS! Guy that “helped” me made me feel like I was interrupting his streaming time and was rushing me to make a decision and get out. Not very helpful with suggestions or recommendations. Only reason for 2 stars is the fact that the store looked neat and clean. Will definitely not be going back and have already told friends and family to steer clear of this vape shop!

We once had a competing 'business' slander us... Let's just say....there is no "Royal" anymore. Business tactics such as - a negative SIGN 'shout out' attempt of another company - only gives YOU an unprofessional look & bad name; as publicized your competition. Those who hadn't heard of ILL yet... can thank you, for sending them to the appropriate place for vapes and apparel!
