This firm (formerly Ledgers) is incompetent and caused a re-assessment by CRA because they omitted slips on 2021 return. To my friend I referred Real-time/Ledgers I am so sorry, i have contacted other friends/referrals to not use this accounting firm for their taxes again. Disappointed I am and Ken would have corrected problem immediately.
