Absolutely terrible. 1 doctor for 100 patients they have 2 receptionists but one doctor… why? only God knows very inefficient and a waste of time.

Not a very good walk in clinic. Had to follow up to have forms sent and they never ended up sending the forms. Also missed a vaccination during pregnancy because of dr and receptionist rules.

I had to wait for 3 hours to see the doctor. This clinic is so racist that even if you come before 10 Canadians you will be the last to see the doctor due to your nationality. Receptionist is rude and clearly stop taking patients after 5:00pm. Worst experience ever.

Firstly I’d like to start with the only reason I’m giving 1 stars is because the lady’s at the front desk are nice. Now firstly I’d like to mention that the front door is very small and made me claustrophobic. There is a sign on the door that tells you to wait in that small area if there is someone standing at the front desk when I went in there were two people standing inside so I had to stand in that small area for even longer not to mention that you have to move out of the way for the people to leave because there is only one door to fit through now my problem is when I’m standing in line and this big man comes from behind me in very fast, reaches around me to grab the door and start to pull it open, which I had to move for him to actually open it all the way, and I looked at him and said excuse me because I was very uncomfortable and he cut me off to then say I checked in over a half hour ago with pure attitude and continue to pull the door. I had to take a step back or he was going to hit me with it. he then goes to sit down in the waiting room and kept looking at me through the glass and had the audacity to laugh at me and then said something. I was very uncomfortable and that small little area after he walked through now smelt like a dirty ashtray. It made me almost throw up. I had to stand there with the door open now and it hurt my back. I wanted to leave, but I had to stay here in order to get my form filled out for school for my TB skin test overall, I was in there for about 15 to 20 minutes to get my paper signed and they say they try to get you out fast. people are inconsiderate and now I have symptoms of a cold considering people do not know personal space in a walk-in clinic full of sick people my immune disorder causes me to get sick very easily and I am not happy! Not to mention before I started my two step TB skin test they never mention that they’ll be closing for a week when I need this done by the end of the month they told me I could come in and finish my two step test after the 28th so therefore I will not have it done in time so now I have to go elsewhere which is an hour and a half drive to my family doctor smh .

Dr. Reka and staff are amazing. I have been a patient for many years. People complain about the wait but it's health care and it's to be expected. Also, Dr. Reka does rush patients so he may run behind in time. It's worth the wait because when it's your turn he will not rush you. This clinic is empathetic and professional I highly recommend. Dr. Reka is also very theral and a great doctor. Thanks Dr. Reka for your exceptional patient care! God bless you.
