I've always found that the lines move at a reasonable pace, and if things do get a bit bogged-down, it's because the tellers take the time to help their customers rather than rush them through the door. I'm very happy with the service I get at the RBC Welland branch. They provided me with excellent investment advice. In addition to your day-to-day banking needs, they also offer information on debt-consolidation, student loans, and mortgages.
