Thank you to Phyllis for going out of her way to assist me. The parking is great and the service was fast.

I am so discouraged by the people at this branch. Never have I been more frustrated by a bank because the advisors honestly give terrible advice. They will push certain accounts claiming that it helps but then you will always be confused by fees and automatic transfers. I just not think anyone should bank with RBC anymore after dealing with them. Thanks for the false information guys! Love it when miscommunication and condescending bank managers put me in terrible situations.

2-Stars because there can be quite a wait for Teller Services. Otherwise the bank is fine. Though when you're here it's for the tellers. And it's far too slow. Advisory Services are great and by appointment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and the machines are always in working order. Good secure facility. 2 ABMs for you to use. Drive Thru ABM available too. Free WiFi. Small waiting area available.

I was treated with such disrespect at this branch. There was fraudulent activity in my account which King St. Branch helped me deal with a week prior. They were fabulous; helpful, respectful. The fraud department viewed ny account and returned the funds that had been taken. I went to withdraw money and suddenly my bank card did not work. I went into Martindale branch as it is closest to my home and was treaded like a low class citizen. I was told to sit in a chair while an associate took my card into his office. He came out twice and spoke of my personal details in front of a line of customers. He said he was recommending to his manager they no longer do business with me because I also had fraudulent activity last year. He said I had an NSF cheque..this cheque was given to me for work I did. I was out that money. I have had my account for over 30 years. 2 weeks later and my account is still on deposit only and I had to go into branch to withdraw funds. I have a meeting with HIS bank manager next week. I left in tears due to embarrassment. To keep a client sitting outside an office and to berate them in front of other clients is absolutely beyond ignorant. King St branch and Scott St. Branch have been absolutely wonderful...always. This branch SUCKS

Was in this branch for the first time as I just moved to the area. This could be the worst bank branch I have ever been to. The service is slow and "no" tellers open? Never experienced such poor service. Once I got up to the teller she started coughing and I just left. I came from Niagara Falls O'Neil branch which is wonderful. Looks like I will be going there when I need service.
