After days dealing with a very frustrating banking issue and a horrible experience at another RBC location I arrived at this branch minutes before closing. I expected and was prepared to again leave an RBC upset, without answers and defeated. Instead the moment I walked up I was enthusiastically greeted by the lovely security guard. Next I encountered a very kind teller who quickly sprang into action and grabbed a manager for me. The exceptional experience at the RBC branch on King Street continued thanks to the professionalism and outstanding support of manager Jon. From the moment I met him, Jon demonstrated a deep understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to ensure I felt heard, respected, and well taken care of. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly patient and kind—taking the time to clearly explain all my options and guiding me through every step with genuine care. It’s rare to come across someone who is both highly professional and truly empathetic, and Jon struck that perfect balance. If you’re looking for someone who really listens and is committed to helping you with your financial needs, I highly recommend reaching out to him. Friendly staff. Teller services can be slow. Advisory service is available. Nice small waiting area. Two 24/7 ABMs at this location. Clean facility. Free WiFi. Paid street parking until 6pm. Bus stops near by. Does not have its own parking lot.

They got the 3 stars for a reason. Even their ceiling tiles have leaking water stains. Not to mention poor staffing, Always! Hence the wait time.
