You always find good faces and they are fast and efficient, the service is very good😀

Quaint little branch, nice to have an RBC in town... however they need to be a little more thorough. I had an account set up in the branch & it was not done correctly. I had to call the 1-800 for someone to fix it (who by the way, said the account was not set up properly) I also had another account set up related issue due to an error from the branch. Which took sometime time to have fixed. Nice to have the small town RBC, very personable folks - however I would still expect big bank results.

So slow waited 15 min from all the rbc I been to this one is on the not go to list

Setting up a new account is very difficult. I've had to spend a half hour on the phone 3 times since opening another account in January because it was not set up properly the first time, and not fixed properly when I called. Not impressed
