Brandon did a great job with my banking needs today. Did over and beyond, thank you for hiring a great employee who does their job efficiently.

It's annoying that the ATM is only available to customers during branch hours. Those of us who work outside of bankers hours are left going to another banks ATM in town and paying service fees. There's no good reason to have the ATM locked out. Terrible inconvenience.

I wouldn't even give them a star they have the Stupidest policies and people working for them. I am going to deposit a check for my company into a business account (which I have been doing since January of this year) but now they say their policy has changed and I can't deposit a check. First she asks where's my deposit slip? Umm you make it? She says don't you have an account? No that's why I'm telling you I need to deposit this into this account. Nope can't do that. I have been since January. Our policy changed. Take your check. Stupidest policy I have ever heard of. Never heard you can't deposit into an account? I am not trying to take money out. I am an operations manager it's a business account for our company and yes my boss owns the account. Again just depositing If it's because it's a check then put a two week hold on it till it clears like a normal bank. This makes absolutely no sense and your policy is stupid if I was even thinking of opening an account I will absolutely not be now because of your stupid Policy good luck if you open an account with RBC Their policies obviously are stupid.

I cannot thank the staff, manager and mortgage professionals for the assistance and kindness that they have shown to me at an extremely difficult time in my life. They have gone above and beyond what we have come to expect in customer service in these days. I wish that I could come up with better phrasing to let them and the public know just how much they are appreciated.

I wanted to give 0 stars but that's not an option here. Now this good for nothing bank doesn't offer bank drafts anymore!!! Every month they increase their bank fees and reduce their services. The male teller I spoke with was a complete ignorant to the point that he suggested I sent US dollars cash by mail. He also suggested I send an e-transfer internationally and minutes later he himself said that wasn't possible. I left the branch immediately because I was afraid I was going to make a scene. Stay away from this bank if possible.
