RBC Royal Bank

Hi! I come to RBC every month, every time I go there, is just one security guard that always smiles and is so polite to everybody. He opens the door for everybody. just he’s really sweet and I just really wanted to wonder if I can bring some coffee to him or something like that cause she’s just really nice and Friendly🤗thank you for making our community good. I enjoy this bank so much there is another person that helped me set up my whole account and I can still remember how amazing that day was because there were just so helpful, I remember it was a young male with black hair and maybe glasses, he was just the sweetest! This bank really is amazing, very kind and patient with everyone who needs. Thank you rbc!🥰

I had a great experience with Erin, she was able to rectify a complicated issue for me easily that my home branch could not. I hope management takes note of her excellence.

Stop by to use their ATM to grab cash quickly. That wasn't the case, unfortunately. They only had one ATM that was working. It is a busy location and they definitely should be sure that their ATMs are working since they only have 2 machines. Took over 15 mins just to take out cash. There are many people who were in line that use the machine to pay their bills. The app is definitely faster although I understand not everyone is comfortable with it.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 35 min, when I got to the front of the line the manager sent 2 ppl on break even though the line was now 11 people. 1 banker was on the phone with corporate with a family from before I got there until after I left. Buy a sense of urgency

I’ve been in the Service business for almost 30 years. Front line banking can be difficult. I personally Andrea and Erin are the two best I’ve ever met. Fast and efficient. Always pleasant and no me my name. Thank you for all of your help!
