Came in to make an appointment. Kid at the desk couldn't even sit up straight without supporting his head woth his hands. Looked like he hated his life/job. Didn't know anything. Finally got someone to make an appointment for me for the next day. Showed up at said time. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes in line anyway. Was then told they didn't k kw who was seeing me. Still sorting here waiting as I write this...

Negative stars at this point. My husband has been dealing with a fraud issue since JANUARY and has still not had the issue taken care of. The ONLY person at RBC that can assist is the manager, by the name of Jennifer. Jennifer provides her contact information to NEVER EVER return a phone call or voicemail. We are taking weeks and NOTHING. We are told accounts have been closed and have been LIED to straight to his face. This is MAYHEM. No one has been able to help rectify this situation. It will make months and weeks of escalating issues and complaints to literally get nowhere. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend banking with RBC, and more so banking with this branch. Get a new manager who actually does their job.

Constantly has lines of 10 people and are extremely slow to serve clients, always short tellers but consistently see many employees walking around. The manager and others should be trained to jump onto an empty teller booth especially when there is only 3 and they fail to fill all 3 with tellers.

It has currently taken an Rbc employee two weeks to file my car loan. The application has been approved for a whole week. But the advisor wrote the wrong dates on the paperwork and cannot send anything electronically for me to sign. (After he confirmed I could sign electronically.) Next he fought with me about my income and could not understand my weekly paystubs. 2 appointments in person and 1 on the phone and this still has not been completed. Do not expect fast turnarounds here.
