Denroy and his family provided excellent customer service from start to finish, helpful and straightforward with information and pricing. Quality workmanship and timely delivery and installation. The cost for the door we received when you include for installation and delivery etc is comparable to the cost of kits available from the big box stores but when all is completed you have a higher quality and better looking customer solution delivered by a very reasonable and talented local trades person and his family. I had a fantastic experience with Raymond's Glass! When I first called, I spoke with Denise, who was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I got quotes from four different glass companies, and Raymond's Glass had the best price. Raymond and his two sons came to install the shower glass within a week and a half of ordering. I was looking for frameless glass for a new shower I had constructed and came across Raymond Quality Glass & Mirror. I called and the next day Raymond came out to measure. By the afternoon he had a quote and a drawing. I went to their shop and approved the drawing and within 10 days, I have the glass I have been looking for, installed and looking beautiful. The business is family owned, Raymond and his two sons do the installation and prep while his wife Denise runs the store and takes the phone calls. Exceptional service from the time I made a phone call to get an estimate, to the estimate itself, to the install. Raymond and his two sons installed my custom shower doors and the professionalism I received throughout the entire process was exemplary. The extra care they took to ensure they did not mark any of my walls was a huge bonus (as I have had many workers in and out while doing my basement reno and I cannot say the same about other companies). My wife and I built a large addition with a new ensuite bathroom in our primary bedroom. We wanted a nice custom glass door to go with our steam shower. Raymond delivered. He did a stellar job.
