Very knowledgeable, tidy and the repair price was very reasonable. The dispenser is working PERFECTLY! Thanks Jake! We had ongoing issues with the stove connection in our apartment. John and Jeannie went above and beyond to find a solution. Their professionalism and concern were so very much appreciated and resulted in finally having a gorgeous working stove. We have no reservations in recommending them and their team. John even came out on his day off to make sure all went well. Brilliant service.

As an octogenarian I had seen many repairmen in my time. This past week I had the good fortune of having my nine year old stove repaired by an excellent and brilliant young man named Jake from Ray James Appliances. Jake was most personable, polite, knowledgeable and meticulous. The repair was completed in a timely manner and any mess was cleaned and vacuumed away. I was most impressed with Jake's workmanship and will recommend him highly to everyone!

Had a great experience with Ray James Appliances in Niagara. I bought a fridge, standing freezer, and a washer/dryer set. I came in already knowing what I wanted from doing a lot of research, but it was clear right away that the staff really know their stuff. They were familiar with the models I’d picked, made helpful recommendations, and were honest about potential issues with one appliance based on their real repair experience. What sets them apart is that they actually service and repair appliances. Talking to someone who fixes these machines for a living and can explain the real pros and cons of certain brands was huge. I checked big-box stores and other retailers for pricing and in the end, Ray James was very comparable. SUPPORTing a LOCAL business with this level of knowledge was an easy choice. I also got the 5-year warranty through them because they handle the service themselves; no 1-800 numbers, no runaround. If something breaks, I call the store and they send someone local. Delivery was fast and smooth. The two delivery guys were excellent - careful, professional, shoes off, no damage, everything hooked up and tested, and they even offered to take the old washer and dryer away. Overall, painless process from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with the repair service to my washer. Jake the service person, was polite, careful and very meticulous as I watched over him. He was knowledgeable with the brand and left me with tips on how to use better use the washer and dryer. The dryer now works fine and I would definitely call them again.
