If I could I would have given them 0 star as there service was really bad. First thing first there sofa bed was so bad I couldn't sleep on it, went to the front around 12 am to get something to put on it as comforter or anything he said he didn't have access to the laundry room and when I wanted to get compensation for the night they completely lied ad said they offered me comforter but I refuse so clearly these guys are lying to to each other or there service communication is really bad. AND SECOND issue was when I first checked in there was no hot water maintenance guy showed up saying just let it run for 15 mins and you should have hot water as there was no one staying on that floor ... I got warm water but not hot and then the same issue on the second day went to the front to complain they said someone will come to fix it, guy comes in after 1 hour and tells me check the water now and there we have hot water now its like they didn't turn on there hot water tank and once I complain they turned it on . And for all these issues I had amd my stay at Ramada was the worst one they offered me nothing saying there is nothing they can do. Really bad customer service from Ramada by wyndham

I recently stayed for one night at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. In the evening, when we went to use the pool, there was human feces floating in the water. This was extremely unhygienic and shocking to see. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk staff. While they acknowledged the complaint, no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience. Cleanliness and proper pool maintenance are basic expectations when staying at a hotel. This situation not only ruined our evening but also raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures stricter sanitation checks in the future so other guests do not face the same issue.

We stayed at this hotel from February 13–14. Upon checkout, we were informed of a mandatory maintenance fee charged to all guests, regardless of whether the amenities are used which we did not use. We were told this fee helps keep the building well maintained. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We parked on the side of the building and used the side exit. There was snowfall the evening of February 13. The next morning at approximately 9:08 a.m., we exited using the side stairs and observed that they had not been shoveled and no salt had been applied. We proceeded carefully, but despite being cautious, my husband slipped and fell down the entire flight of stairs. He injured his lower back and cut his elbow open. I immediately went to the front desk to make a formal complaint and explained that my husband had fallen and was bleeding. No first aid was offered. I had to specifically request bandages. I was told a manager would contact me within 24 hours. I emphasized that this was an incident involving an injury and wanted reassurance that it would be addressed. Eventually, the front desk staff called their manager, and an accident report was completed. However, I was again told I would need to wait for a follow-up call. It has now been over 24 hours, and no one has contacted us. It is extremely disappointing that a lack of proper snow and ice maintenance resulted in an injury especially when guests are charged a maintenance fee. The absence of timely follow-up from management only adds to the frustration and reflects a serious lack of care and customer service.

If I could give zero, I would. Booked through booking.com. paid in full, save for $48 they said would need to be paid at the hotel directly. Drove 2 hours on Valentines Day for our 2 night stay. When we got there, we began our check in process at about 3:30pm. Upon swiping my husband's credit card we came to the realization that his cc had expired last month. (I know our bad for not realizing prior) We offered to pay the damage deposit by cash/debit or visa debit. Even offered to provide more then alloted deposit due to mix up. Refused all attempts and pretty much said we are SOL. Called booking.com because there's no refund opttion after the 12th. They have opened a case to request a full refund. And they even stated that how they handled this was unacceptable. The front desk person kept saying that they tell all of the customers through all of their partners that they will only take a credit card for deposit. NOWHERE on any of the correspondence from booking.com does it say that. I reiterated that it was an honest mistake and we were willing to pay the deposit in any other way but they refused. No way to book another hotel room elsewhere because IT'S VALENTINES DAY and everything is obviously booked solid. So we had to drive the 2 hours home after wasting time money and gas and canceling our dinner reservations for the two nights. Furious is an understatement.

The gym does not quite match what is shown on the website, as it lacks a treadmill and does not have windows facing outside. The pool area also does not include a hot tub. Given these limitations, the $19.95 resort fee feels difficult to justify. Additionally, the $20 parking fee is higher than comparable properties in the area and does not include EV charging. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the additional fees did not align with the overall quality of the stay.
