I am here now. May 13, 2025. First, the breakfast is not complimentary. It is from I-hop restaurant that is in the lobby, costing 30$ a meal for just a basic breakfast. The room is dirty with old stained mattresses and cots. The linen is old and stained, the carpet is stained. The tv is 13 inch, very hard to watch. There was a surprise 20$ parking fee daily to park your vehicle in THEIR parking lot. The shower and bathroom are in horrible shape for the cost of the room. I am adding some pics to validate what I am telling you. Lobby is nice but once you get passed that to your room, all downhill from there. 😒

First 6 photos are from the room that we had booked, the ones after that are from the room that we got moved to - My boyfriend and I booked a weekend away near niagra falls for valentines day as we have 2 little ones at home which makes it hard enough to spend alone time together. Our room was $365 for their "suite" which comes with a heartshaped tub and a king sized bed. Originally we had booked it for new years eve but had to reschedule last minute to valentines day as our sitter had cancelled on us last minute for new years eve, they were pretty flexible on that. My boyfriend and I got our room all decorated with balloons, candles and rose pedals, then we went in the hot tub and sauna that the hotel had. We had to wash our tub and soak it several times to the point when wiping it the cloth was almost black. They clearly didnt clean it. Hot tub was good, sauna wasn't as hot as they normally are, we didnt go in the pool..But it wasnt too bad. We then went to the casino and out to eat dinner and play some pool. We got back to the hotel around 1am. As we were relaxing and watching tv together about to go to sleep, we see a huge COCKROACH crawling up the wall. We immediately go to the front desk. After showing her the video of the COCKROACH, she lies and says that they dont have bugs there and proceeded to offer us "bug spray" after she just finished saying that they didnt have bugs. First she tried to move us 2 doors down from our orignal room (we were on the second floor), so i declined and asked her to move us up to the third floor so she did. By that time it was already 1:30am so we moved all of our stuff up to the new room, checked the room for roaches. Also checked our bed for bed bugs as i saw reviews after the fact, that someone said they had bed bugs which explains all the mattresses they have piled up by the dumpster. This new room had 2 queens, a tiny tub, an old water bottle on the floor, stains all over mattresses and didnt look cleaned at all. Next morning we go talk to the manager and all he offered us was a free stay in their "suite" which we were already in, declined because we will probably never go to a hotel again. Called expedia, they called the hotel and the hotel denied the refund until i told him if he didnt give us at least a full refund then I would write a bad review. When we got home we had to rewash all our luggage and clothing. All in all, worst stay anywhere ive been. do not recommend!!!

Close to the falls and city. Decent hotel to lay your head at night. Really clean and tidy. My room had a (older) coffee machine alone with tea and coffee as well as a mini fridge. Depending on your room you might get a nice enough view. The room comes with breakfast which has a decent variety of things.

Please don’t waste your money — nobody should ever go to this hotel, or at least not anywhere near July 2024. It’s time the place gets absolutely demolished and then completely redone from the ground up. The carpet was smelly, the bathroom was broken, tiny, and gross, the shower handle barely worked and the head wasn’t even detachable, and there was no TV or microwave. Normally, if this was a motel or some knock-off place for cheapskates, it wouldn’t matter. However, it’s a reputed hotel in a very popular tourist destination and for us, it cost just as much as its competitors. When you’re paying that price, you should get what you paid for, not this absolute scam. Note that the breakfast was okay — it didn’t taste that quite good overall, but a couple foods like their corn muffins and breakfast potatoes were delectable. Bonus points for the atmosphere and music choices. However, there wasn’t much variety at all compared to its competitors, and the meal was rather bland. The service people were never rude to us, so if you’re willing to put up with all the unhygienic and repulsive conditions listed above, at least you have that to point to. The decision is ultimately yours, but choose carefully. You should smile when you look back on your trip to Niagara, not cringe in disgust.

Rooms reasonable priced but not spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. We had an issue with noisy air-conditioning and were given another room. Remember that parking isn't free which seemed common around the falls areas. Free breakfast was a plus with multiple selections. Gym and pool not available due to renovations. What was needed is a microwave in room. For that price I guess you can't expect too much. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
