Though this is not usually a breakfast place, but we found that select locations offer it, like this one. The theme and atmosphere is super cool. Definitely more for a younger crowd, but still enjoyable as an adult. Some of the animatronics did seem a bit outdated and wonky so that felt a little creepy. Thunderstorms happened every 20 minutes, which wasn’t bothersome at all. There’s an arcade connected beside the restaurant so you can have some fun before and after you eat. Breakfast was okay. I would say mediocre. The toast was super grainy and not buttered, but they bring butter to the table for you. Dawn was our server and she was amazing. Super friendly and always checked on us. Would be best to come for lunch or dinner.
View on GoogleWent to the Rainforest Cafe for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed myself. My kids loved the ambience. But I was especially impressed with the food. I had nachos for starters and the chicken curry for mains. Both were fresh, packed with flavour and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. To top it off, we had a such a pleasant server: Kailynne. She was warm, made good recommendations and was a delight to engage with.
View on GoogleThe place is great to experience once with younger kids. My toddler loved the place but my older kid didn't pay much attention to it. Like other reviewers have mentioned, this place is pricey for what you get for food. We paid $200 with tax and tips for 2 adult entrees and 2 kids meals. For food, the China salad was tasty if you like sesame, poutine was too salty, and kids meals were a bit sad. Service was good, someone was checking in with us every so often. Something that I thought was distasteful was that after our waitress took our order, she was about to leave and said "oh! Do you also want mushrooms and caramelized onions with your ribs?" It sounded like she forgot to ask us about it, so my husband said yes. When the bill came in the end, it was an extra $10. I know we should have asked if it was extra, but overall also felt a bit dishonest from the server.
View on GoogleAbsolutely love the atmosphere! It is perfect for my 9 year old boy. We ordered a kids Mac&cheese. The share is not on the big side but tastes great! I ordered a pastalaya. It is amazing! Our server is a lovely lady, Makayla. She is super nice n very helpful! We will come back!
View on GoogleRainforest Cafe in Niagara Falls is a fantastic place for a fun, family-friendly dining experience, especially if you’re visiting with kids or looking for something different from a regular restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported into a tropical rainforest setting with lush greenery, animatronic animals, waterfalls, and the sounds of thunder and rain that create a truly immersive atmosphere. The décor is the main highlight of this place. Kids absolutely love the moving animals, especially the gorillas, elephants, and tropical birds, while adults can enjoy the creative environment and relaxed vibe. The periodic “thunderstorms” add an exciting touch and make the experience memorable, especially for first-time visitors. The food menu offers a wide variety of options, including burgers, steaks, seafood, pasta, and kid-friendly meals. Portions are generous, and the presentation is appealing. While the food may be slightly on the pricier side compared to nearby restaurants, you’re really paying for the experience and entertainment along with your meal. The drinks and desserts are also fun and well-themed, making them a great treat. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, even during busy hours. Despite the crowds, service is well-managed and efficient, which adds to the overall positive experience. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate families, groups, and celebrations. Rainforest Cafe is located in a prime tourist area near Clifton Hill, making it very convenient for visitors exploring Niagara Falls. It’s a great spot to relax, enjoy a meal, and let kids have some fun after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, Rainforest Cafe Niagara Falls delivers exactly what it promises—a lively, entertaining dining experience with good food and a fun atmosphere. If you’re looking for a memorable place to eat that offers more than just a meal, this is definitely worth a visit.
