Rainbow Motor Inn

It was very weird that it had a big window and that the ac would stop and turn every 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable but it had hairs and stains and there was a specific stain that made me uncomfortable it was very big and brown 😭 and there was a red stain and the wifi sucks the washroom was ok but no enough toilet paper there was not hot water and the big mirror infront of the bed no thanks 🫩 but very good view!

The housekeeping was nice and accommodating. He's name is Dustin and they call him as Dee. The location is great, walking distance to fallsview hotel and other establishments. Check in was fast. Price is reasonable. I will definitely come back .

Place is nice and clean and check in was fast. Room is beautiful, has everything you need for a short stay. Ice machine and microwave are available outside the room but nonetheless, still available to use. Pool is small but cute and enough to cool off on a hot day. Overall, we were happy and also it's only 20 minutes walk to a Clifton hill and Falls.

There is nothing to write home, or anywhere for that matter, about this motel. Please believe me when I tell you it’s not a great motel. Hell, it’s not even an ok motel. Half our party showed up before the person whose name the room was in, so when we told them he would be there in 10 minutes, they cancelled the reservation. They wiuld not rebook a room and refused to return the $700 they were given for the room for our stay. As leaving after 2 employees get up in my friends face yelling and screaming and calling him names such as a crackhead. My friend is a drug free veteran. Both employees smelled excessively of hard liquor and were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. For an animal friendly place, the closest grass to pee is across the busy parking lot and across a busy street. Since this occurred I have spoken to a few people in the area and they have all said to avoid if possible. We ended up at the motel 6 and it was the best decision. They are pet friendly as well. I don’t recommend staying at this motel if you want to enjoy your vacation.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom was dirty, the furniture looked dusty, the comforters felt rough, and the rug had strange stains. I had to stay there because they wouldn’t give me a refund, and during the three days I stayed, no one came to clean the room. It does have a good strategic location, but I believe there are many better places to stay. On top of that, I found it outrageous that I had to pay separately for parking. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND it
