Radar Property Management Inc

This is my 2nd review and I hate to say this but terrible property management company. In order for mold to be fixed in my house I had to contact the City of St.Catharines. I kept telling them the tree branches were going to break and twice they said they would send an arborist. Did that ever happen, nope and the branch broke went through my new screen porch and hit my son in the head. Two witnesses and I have a camera set up. They send ppl over that don't know what they're doing. We still haven't used the bathroom shower since we moved because they won't fix it. I have the tub leaking down to the basement light which is very dangerous and still not fixed. Definitely have to call someone to fix that. Side door has such a huge gap and they won't fix that either. I've made so many little repairs and fixed things and never charged them for anything. Roof tile is coming apart and leaking water in the upstairs attic and still not repaired. Nothing gets fixed, and then says they're going to raise the rent in January. How can you justify increasing the rent when you don't fix repairs? I can't be the only one that feels this way about Radar. I went over to there location on Duke St in St.Catharines and the guy in an office said they are never here. The house is literally falling apart and the only thing they can say is were raising the rent. Are they even telling the owner that their home is falling apart? I just don't get it. Sorry to make this post but this is getting ridiculous now.

This place is so unprofessional! Been trying to resolve an issue for 2 years and they don’t answer you they don’t get back to you! Steer clear from any properties from this company! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been trying to contact someone multiple times a day every day and don’t get anybody
