very rude on the phone

Attempted to contact him for approximately a week thus far regarding a family member's will. No one answered their phone and when trying to stop by his office, a sign was posted saying, "back tomorrow at 830". Attempted contact each additional day, by calling, emailing and arriving at his office and nothing. Not even a notice stating that he was away or when he would be back. Very unprofessional.

We've worked with charlie on several occassions and have been very pleased with his professionalism as well as that of his hard working staff.

The secretary told me they do not work (or do not want) new clients. They should not be on google search,.. what a joke.

I called with a simple question, receptionist told me we don't do that and before I could ask her my next question she hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.
