*Update post owner response. You have destroyed these boots by replacing a simple zipper. To accept my money back would not make me whole, since you have ruined these boots permanently and I need to repair them from your poor workmanship. Continuing to defend your poor work by citing the material, that you claim are vinyl, is unprofessional and erroneous. They are leather boots, pics attached. Let's see how generous you are when I bring you the bill on the repair of these boots. Until then, I am warning everyone. This explains why you ask everyone to pay in advance. _______ Avoid at all costs. I brought in a pair of boots to have the zippers fixed on both of them. not only did I have to pay in advance - a whopping 40$ each!! but when I got them back everything along the sides of the zippers were flaking off. Not one piece of remorse or explanation from these guys, they actually tried to tell me that this was completely normal and they don't perform Magic when they change a zipper. Buyer beware. I had a great experience with this shoe repair shop. Their work was clean, precise, and very professional — my shoes looked almost like new again. They also sell belts, and the quality is very good for the price. The staff were polite, friendly, and took the time to explain what repairs were needed. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Got my heels repaired here and Im honestly impressed with how clean and professional the work turned out. The finish looks super smooth and the shoe feels solid again. They did the job quickly the price was fair and the result looks amazing. Highly recommend if you want your shoes taken care of properly🔥

If there was a zero I would give it. Beyond disgraceful. I paid ahead. Big mistake out $40 and my shoes are ruined. Those pics are the AFTER! How they are allowed to operate I will never know Can only hope the next person reads reviews first.
