Donna Daley is one of the best nurse practitioners I have ever met. She has tried her best to accommodate my needs while attending urgent services she takes her job 100 percent Seriously. And is better then any doctor I have met.

Their service is too slow. I was One of patient a patient At this community, they never helped me for only CDS clearance Takes two years because a family doctor there she was all the time in vacation. She never had time to see the patient and also they have a poor service.

Donna is amazing. The staff is amazing. Only issues is it's hard to get in to the program, and they have a horrible phone service , good luck ever getting a hold of them.

would not recommend to anyone seeking hrt even though there's no where else in the niagara region. dr muzzamil put me on a quarter of my regular dose and on his dosage i was still bleeding monthly. sent in blood work and waited for him to call to go over results because surely a doctor specializing in trans care would catch that my levels were wrong after viewing my bloodwork, especially since he said once i sent bloodwork a follow up would be needed. did not hear from him for over a year. after finally hearing from him again it was for him to deny my prescription refill request because i hadn't had an appointment in over a year. again, he never called to go over bloodwork with me or to confirm a new appointment. apparently it's a policy violation for me to have waited so long to have no appointment while being on the medication and he is no longer able to prescribe me anything. this clinic or at least this doctor does not care at all about duty of care and does not care about trans patients and does not seem to realize that if you are going to treat trans patients, you need to understand they will have trauma related to health care and you signed on to care for them and dispell these issues, not prolong and worsen their dysphoria because you couldn't be bothered to reach out. extremely irresponsible.

Quest has been one of the best doctor’s offices I’ve ever been. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. If I’m not able to see my doc I usually am able to get into a nurse practitioner. TBH, Dr. Butera and the staff psychotherapist Liana have life savers. The level of care has been amazing. I’ve also had dietitian appointments within Irene and she’s also amazing/non judgmental. I feel like the care I’ve received is holistic and compassionate. I’m also apart of the LGBT community and knowing I’m fully supported is nice. They constantly offer free services to the public, including those that are houseless (such as fresh vegetables and groups). As someone who cares deeply for everyone in my community it makes me feel good that I get my services from somewhere that cares to make a difference.
