Quesada Burritos & Tacos

The food as very tasty with good portions, and appreciate the full-flavoured burritos that are worth the price. Absolutely amazing customer service, Every time I go here it’s consistently amazing,I crave going back every day.

I purchased the build your own taco kit and picked it up myself. I have gotten it before at other locations and had great experiences but not this time. Previously they would put the meat and beans in metal tins that were quite full. This time very small portions were placed in open-top cardboard containers that were typically only used for things like lettuce or cheese. They placed parchment paper over the first layer of these containers so the refried beans were stuck on the paper. The meat and beans were all cold because they were not in the typical containers that would retain heat. The tomatoes in the same open-top cardboard had tons of juice in them and leaked throughout the entire cardboard tray they are placed in with all of the other food portions in open-top cardboard boxes. Do not recommend this location. I do not know if the staff was poorly trained on how to fulfill this order or if the company as a whole has gone downhill. Previously at the Niagara Street location under the ownership of Rick - who now owns the Port Colborne DQ, I had great experiences. We received so much food that we had leftovers for more than one meal! It had been a Christmas Eve tradition to get Quesada and now I don't know if I will try it again, for sure not Lincoln.

I barely leave Google reviews, I am so utterly disappointed. I don’t even know how to put this in perspective. I work behind the location and actually have a partnership with the restaurant. I sometimes go over very rarely To use the washroom, I always always make sure to purchase something out of respect. When I was there last, the female worker denied me from using the washroom and also denied me from buying something. I have never had a problem like this anywhere. I have used the washroom, probably three times total. I am disgusted in this behaviour and cannot believe I was not able to purchase even a drink on my lunch break. I hope this is a one off, If this is truly how people are treated at this location, I don’t understand why anybody would ever go here.

Absolutely loved my visit to Quesada Burritos and Tacos! 🌯🧀 I ordered a bowl and quesadillas, and both were incredible — fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. The ingredients tasted so fresh, and you can tell everything is made with care. The vibe inside is welcoming and vibrant, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this gem to anyone craving authentic, delicious Mexican food in Welland. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu! 🌮❤️
