We really enjoyed our stay here. Our King room was very nice and spacious. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The staff is very courteous, efficient, and professional. We were impressed with how clean the room was and how accomodating the staff was. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The pool and hot tub are both large and well maintained. The sauna is spacious too. We enjoyed eating at the Bacchus Lounge. It is comfortable and the menu features a nice selection of tasty choices. The Smash burger, chicken wings, and fish tacos were all winners. One other thing we really liked about Queens Landing: it is very close to the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the main street and the many shops and restaurants found there. We noticed there is a shuttle service that will drive guests over too. There is plenty of parking here. While we stayed during the winter months, it is easy to see that a stay here during the summer would be very enjoyable too due to the outdoor patios with water views. We will readily visit here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Queens Landing for my wedding and I highly recommend this hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful from the outside—and even better once you step inside. On the first night of our wedding weekend, we went to the bar, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Sitting out on the back patio was beautiful in August and had a great view. This hotel is a close to walk to the downtown area. My guests were also very happy with how great the staff was throughout their stay. A special shoutout to Carrie, who made our hotel booking process extremely easy. She was wonderful at opening room blocks for our guests, set everything up so smoothly, and truly made my family and my husband and I feel well taken care of. She was incredibly sweet and a pleasure to work with!

We stayed overnight at The Queen’s Landing Hotel on Saturday, December 27, 2025 for one night and had such a great time. We started our afternoon in the lounge for happy hour from 3–5 pm, where the teriyaki wings were definitely our favourite, absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed a sangria, which was very well made. While our server seemed like he may have preferred to be elsewhere, we didn’t let that dampen our experience at all. After happy hour, we took a walk through the hotel and loved that all the Christmas decorations were still up. It really added to the festive and cozy atmosphere. Later in the evening, we headed to the pool, hot tub, and sauna for a relaxing dip, which was the perfect way to unwind. Our room had a beautiful view of the water. I’m sure it’s even more stunning in the summer, but it was still very nice to wake up to. The robes provided were absolutely divine ,so soft and cozy. We loved them, though we passed on purchasing one at $120. Overall, we had a wonderful night and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at Queen’s Landing in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a two-night business trip, and the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, everything was seamless thanks to Peggy, who was an absolute delight to work with. She helped book and arrange all the details, making the planning process effortless. The staff went above and beyond during our meetings—keeping the coffee and snack station well-stocked at all times, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining options—the food at the restaurants was excellent and added to the overall experience. Queen’s Landing truly combines elegance with exceptional service. We would absolutely return for another business trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
