Quality Inn & Suites Niagara Falls

I've stayed here a few times over the years and this was by far my best visit. The rooms have always been clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. They have been making huge improvements to the aesthetics and updates of the building and the rooms, which has made the overall feel more inviting. You can tell management is trying to address and remedy all the concerns of previous visitors (based on reviews). The location is right in the heart of the action by Clifton Hill so you have all the attractions close by .. but you wouldn't know it by how quiet the rooms are when you're in them. The free breakfast is not extravagant but more than enough to start your day. Overall it's a great place to stay while you're in Niagara. I will be back for sure and if you've stayed before, I recommend giving it another shot.

I realize that Winter is a time when they do repairs and fix up the location. However I did not have hot water to shower before my meeting. The bathroom door in our room did not close all the way. I asked for a discount and was given a small amount of my bill. I wish they had been upfront about the hot water issue so I could have chosen a different hotel. Also the mat at the entrance should be twice the size for safety.

This is a review for a front desk person who is generally available at morning time - Jan 26, 2026. This person tries to make your life difficult in general, I was in a single bed room with Netflix on the TV and then the next day I changed the room at Night around 7 pm, the other room I went to do not have Netflix on TV so next day morning 11, I asked that I can go back to the same room I was in, he says that the bedsheet are scraped and he won't be able to give me the same room, I asked if any other room he could give me that has Netflix on it, On which he says No. First thing is he just did it on purpose because for some reason or the other, he just want to annoy me. There is no way that bed sheets were scraped when I checked out of that room at Night 8 pm and he says today there is no caretaker coming in to make the room. it's a blatant lie. Anyway I did not want to argue with him so I just took a room that he gave up to me, this room even have a smoking smell on it when I don't even smoke. The hotel in general is very reasonable for price and I have stayed here like 10 times but probably not coming back just because of that Individual at the front desk. He has done it multiple times to me. The guy at night is way more polite and customer friendly. Perfect example of a reasonable hotel getting a bad review because of an Individual unprofessional and non customer friendly attitude.

This was a great hotel to stay and see the Falls. It’s very close. We had issues booking through a third party and the staff was very attentive and helpful with the situation. They even got on the phone to get us our money back from said third party (after we had our own issues calling them) and got us rebooked that same day for cheaper than what we originally paid. They held our suitcases at the front when we got there early and after we checked out so we could walk around. 1000/10 customer service. Would highly recommend staying here. Plus, the breakfast was pretty good too, comfy rooms, and all that

Here to debunk all the bad reviews… we booked this place for me and my friend to go to the falls and visit the niagara experience. We had the best time, the hotel was walking distance to all the attractions, was clean, inexpensive, staff was lovely, anything we requested was provided to us. You get what you pay for, the people who are writing bad reviews are booking a cheap hotel and expecting it to be 5 stars. The pool was great to take a dip in after the long hours of walking, the ac was also a nice touch and the beds were fluffy and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again, dont listen to the reviews !!
