Quality Inn & Suites

These rooms are awful!! Paper thin walls, you can hear the people walking above you, you can hear people using the bathrooms and you can hear the elevator all night! The temperature control is either extremely hot or cold .. I do not recommend staying here no matter the price .. oh and rooms are not updated

We originally booked for 1 night but decided to stay a 2nd night. The room was spacious and well set, bed and pillows were comfortable. Mary at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Would stay at property again.

My husband and I spent Halloween night here watching the World Series. Carpet very outdated Terrible mattress - both of us have a very sore this morning Pillows- very flat There were plenty of towels, which was a surprise Room was clean Disappointed that there wasn’t any body wash. It’s a good thing we brought our own Breakfast was better than expected. The lady running the kitchen was lovely. There was a nice mirror next to the bathroom, but no desk to sit at. Or someone like me with mobility issues it was very inconvenient. The woman at the desk not very friendly or welcoming At 1:30 in the morning, two guests walked in having a long and loud conversation between two rooms. The floor overlooks the front desk and no one came up to tell them to be quiet and have some courtesy. We will not be staying here again

Rooms were fine, beds very comfy. We had a wake up call we didn't expect at 5:30am and I didn't feel the receptionist took any accountability when we told her in the morning. I'd been looking forward to a night away from the baby without any wakeups and I got one anyway. Also the hotel is just off the highway so it was loud all night.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Another great feature was the ample parking space available. It was very convenient and added to the stress-free experience, especially for those traveling by car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and worry-free holiday. The clean rooms, excellent service, and great amenities really made my stay special.
