Qualified Leasing

Communication is terrible. I've been waiting over a week for a call back. I've called everyday and not once has someone answered the phone. My final payment was on March 12th and I'm still waiting for the paperwork to prove the car is paid off and for the paperwork to have the car transfered into my name. I'm stuck waiting in the dark with no answers.

If i could give no star i would. I have been waiting over a month and longer consecutively for any answers regarding my car loan and dont get responses in a timely manner. Waiting even a month for a reply to phone or email is absurd. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I don't usually leave reviews but Qualified or formally known as Roseburke is possibly the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They don't respond to phone calls or emails even if I call multiple times a day. They didn't contact us about changing their name(which we need for insurance purposes). They took my vehicle payments out 2-3 days late on multiple occasions and blamed it on my bank(talked to my bank, it wasn't them) and it's just impossible to get a hold of them. If there was a 0 star option, I would have gone with that, they don't even deserve 1 star.

Horrible place to work with. Unpleasant conversations and take forever to reply by phone or email. Never would I ever recommend this company
