Qualia Pizza

Typical ma' and pa' pizza place in a plaza. Came in late night for a slice, didn't expect much as it was late and the slices were most likely sitting for a while, but reheated.. the meat lovers pizza slices where very good.. good dough, good toppings and it reheated very nicely. Good place.

To the owners and management: you need a serious overhaul of how you run your business. This is 3rd time I’ve ordered a simple 1 pizza for pick up, and ended up needing to wait an additional 15 minutes past the 15 minutes they told me the pizza would be ready. The first 2 times I waited the half hour and just shrugged it off, but when this is continuously happening, it’s a reflection of a very poorly ran business. I phone, place an order and they tell me “will be ready in 15 minutes”. I arrive 25 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making my pizza today. There’s 4-5 guys standing around talking in their language, looking confused. With 1 guy whipping a pizza together as fast as he could, with the pizza looking sloppy and nasty, he throws it into the oven. I asked him if they forgot my order, he then proceeds to lie and say “No, just need 7 more minutes”. Completely horrendous way of running your business. I walked out and across the street to Dominoes and I will never return to your restaurant. Zero stars for forgetting my order, then lying about it.

The hype is real, the crust rocks! Ok maybe there's no hype but the crust is amazing. Well done, zero fold, smooth sweet sauce, perfect amount of sauce and great prices. Great job guys!

This place exceeded all my expectations! The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly baked crust, rich tomato sauce, and generous fresh toppings. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during a busy evening. I ordered the Margherita, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had in Niagara Falls. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality pizza! Root is very gentleman and most humble person. I really appreciate the service quality and taste of pizza. Must visit to fulfill all your pizza cravings.

The veg pizza was nice! I’ve been to Qualia Pizza multiple times. The crust is amazing, I would never get bored of this crust. The toppings feel fresh and there is a good amount of cheese on top, baked to perfection!
