I've been coming here for 3 or 4 years and I've called twice in 2026. Once on Sun Jan 4, left a voicemail to get an appointment for Fri Jan 9 to get a refill and pedicure. Never got a call back. I called again on Fri Jan 9 to leave another voicemail, which I never got a call back to see if I got an appointment booked for that day. I love this spa to get my fingers and toes done. After this experience I found it unprofessional not to call a customer back after 2 voicemails.
View on GoogleI celebrated my daughter's birthday with 10 other little girls. The service was excellent. Thank you for your kindness.
View on GoogleDisappointed! After just one day, two of them started peeling off, likely because they weren’t cured properly. Although they did fix those two, the rest started coming off within a week. I was able to peel them off easily, which shouldn’t happen with properly done nails. Very dissatisfied with the experience.
View on GoogleThis was my first time and I had Lucy. She did exactly what I asked for. I had the acrylic powder on my natural nails. I will definitely come back. Back again, this time with Emma. She did an amazing job and this time I did the bio gel.
View on GoogleI received a shellac manicure and pedicure from this business, which I had been frequenting since they first opened, however this was a disappointing visit and I doubt I'll return. After paying $110, the shellac on my hands peeled after 1.5 days. They fixed it kindly, to which it peeled after 6 days. The technician DID NOT properly dehydrate my nail beds NOR did she cap off the edges of my nails(hand or feet). So now, only 1.5 weeks of having my nails done, my toes and hands(again) are peeling. Worst shellac application of my life, I have NEVER had this happen after 15 years of shellac manicures.
