Purolator

Why do they leave post it saying delivery attempt failed, collect your package next day ??This happened right in front of my eyes. By the time I saw Purolator van , I put my slippers on and opened to door to find the slip sticking to door.So annoying, you don’t know how important that document is to the person.

I waited for an important parcel delivery and got notification that I missed the delivery. When investigated, the delivery went to the wrong address on my street and left the notification slip on that wrong address. I called Purolator and was told nothing can be done about it. I don't believe this is fair to customers spending time waiting for a package and mishandling my private package and information at the wrong address. The associated terminal in Welland at Hasty Market is one of the rudest services attendants I have experienced. I can't believe Purolator is associated with such a store but after experiencing this, I get it. Will not recommend this service. Take your service elsewhere. Your employees should be professional and respectful of client's information and packages.

I really don’t see the point of shipping with Purolator. I ordered some merch from Niagara College and paid for it to be shipped to my house. I got home from work today and found the notice on my door. I had to drive all the way to Niagara on the Lake to pick it up. It was a 17 minute drive. It’s a 16 minute drive to Niagara College, and Purolator is basically 2 blocks away from campus. If I wanted to drive that far, I wouldn’t have paid for shipping! Why can’t they at least have some local hubs to pick up packages? I had the same experience when ordering a TV from Best Buy, except that time I know for a fact that we were home. I think they just didn’t bother to knock. It’s only an 8 minute drive from my house to Best Buy. If I wanted to pick it up, I would have gone to the store! Why pay for shipping and then have to drive more than twice as far to pick up my order?! Absolutely garbage service. Canada Post may be slower, but at least I don’t have to drive half an hour round trip to get my “missed” delivery.

I have been trying to get this resolved since last Thursday. Tracking #335670196963 I'm a disabled person. I have been trying desperately to get my package delivered. Tracking # 335670196963 Your horrible drivers don't buzz when they arrive. I love on the 2nd floor. They do nothing but put a sticker on the mailbox. Then when I called to complain they say that they had the wrong address, yet the sticker left on my mailbox clearly shows they knew exactly what address I was at. They chose not to do their job. This package contains a book I need for my class starting October 8th. It's not my fault that Canada post went on strike so we have no choice but to deal with this incompetent company. I even talked to Christina, a representative and Kathryn a manager and still got no help. I need it delivered today

Only ever seen one person working. Makes for quite the line up at times. There is a self service kiosk. You can try your luck there. Most people who she items to drop off with a barcode already attached can do so pretty quickly. If you're waiting for a package to be picked up then you likely have to wait. Free WiFi though subject to terms. Plenty of parking. Accessible parking available.picl up lockers available. Photocopy machine available.
