PuroClean Restoration Niagara

Had a sewer back up in our finished basement. PuroClean came in and ripped out what was contaminated and set up the blowers and dehumidifiers. It was clearly explained what was being done and what would be done over the next few days, and then throughout the rebuild phase. Excellent communication during the whole process. Great work by everyone, from those who packed up everything to the Drywallers, painters and the carpet installers.

We had a flood in our basement due to a sewage backup, and Jake and the PuroClean team were incredible in helping us through such a stressful situation. They thoroughly explained the extent of the damage, proactively handled mitigation, provided detailed reports, and took the time to answer all our questions about repairs and insurance processes. Jake and his team were also very accommodating with our schedules, which made a big difference. It was a real pleasure working with them—they truly made a difficult time much easier to manage. I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone in need of their services.

I had water damage, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the areas of concern very quickly. There was great customer service from Carly who initially took my call, Jake, who was quick to respond and explained what they were going to do, and the fantastic job the work crew did. I have nothing but good things to say about Puroclean. This team managed my flood restoration from start to completion flawlessly. Jake arrived with the dehumidifier fans literally minutes after the sewer blockage was cleared. We had an approved repair estimate in a reasonable amount of time with de-construction and packout almost immediate. A full crew was sent to clean, pack and label our belongings and carted away for storage. And then Maamon arrived ! This is the guy you want on site for your re-build. He is amazing! At first during the water extraction they were excellent however when it came time to do the rebuild it took a good 2 months to get started and the sub-trades they had were much to be desired. They would disconnect or move the security cameras, each time their painter came in there were more touch ups needed after he left, they did not cover our new floors before painting and then used a paint scraper to remove spills. Everytime we would bring a concern the response would be "I will look into it" or it not us its the other contractors or they would agree to your face but not follow through. I would definitely not recommend using this company
