Nice building, has free parking, had nice officers for search entry and an instant attendant when we went.

👉👉👉PLEASE READ👈👈👈I was charged with careless driving Dec 27th 2023. On May 9th 2024 I did early resolution and charges were degraded to leaving road way. So pled guilty to leaving roadway. For some reason the court put through the original charge of careless driving. Even though I pled to leaving road way. The careless driving is 6 demerits and 30 day suspension. I called service Canada and sure enough I have a $285 licence reinstatement fee outstanding . All because the courts made a mistake. I've talked to a supervisor named Tanya Vout and she was no help as she claimed you don't get suspension from careless driving.(FALSE). So right now I don't know if I can drive. Have no idea how this is going to be remedied. The courts should not make these mistakes. And when they do staff like Tanya Vout should try to help. Not talk over you and pass the buck. I'm very frustrated over this. UPDATE......So they now changed charge to failing to turn. When I pled in court to leaving roadway. So I feel this is wrong. Recieved email from Tanya Vout saying I can appeal the decision if I dont agree with failing to turn charge and sent me the proper paperwork to start the process. I pled guilty to leaving roadway. I don't need to appeal. Someone needs to look into this case as I fell I'm being abused in this process. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS!!!!!!! UPDATE.....No-one helped. The charge outstanding is not what I pled to. I was advised to request the courts to listen to audio from my plea day.. Was told by Tanya Vout there is nothing she can do. So now I was advised to get the court transcript myself and follow up from there. The courts made this mistake and never once apologized or tried to help. Awfull tax paid service. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional people. From the person who answered phone each day to the supervisors.🤡🤡🤡

The police security is secured tight but they are friendly & helpful. The cashier was also very pleasant. Online pmt was down for several days & had to drive to Welland from St Catharines

Went in here with a buddy who likes to regularly drive too quickly because I wanted to check it out. Really nice clean facility. The Police guards were friendly and funny while being professional, did a nice job making us feel comfortable. The lady at the window was also friendly and helpful. Offered him some helpful advice. So even if you can’t drive, this didn’t seem like a bad place to deal with. Was treated respectfully and professionally.
