From the moment I walked through ProResp’s door, I felt comfortable and at ease. Cathy, my RT, made getting fitted with a CPAP machine incredibly simple and stress-free. Her patience, clear explanations, and genuine care turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something smooth and reassuring. The front office Manager, Shelly’s organized and supportive approach made everything—from paperwork to follow-up—feel effortless. Together, this dynamic duo delivered the kind of excellent, friendly service that’s hard to find in businesses today. Bravo, ProResp!
View on GoogleI called this ProResp location in Niagara and was told we could come in and refill our stroller tanks ourselves. When we arrived, we asked for gloves and a scale, neither of which they had, but that wasn’t an issue since I had my own gloves. However, when I came back in ready to refill the tanks, the staff refused to let us proceed. They didn’t outright say why, but it was clear they didn’t feel confident supervising the process due to their own lack of experience or training. I can understand that hesitation, but as a primary caregiver who’s been trained to use all of ProResp’s equipment, being told to wait for someone else, after being told over the phone we could do it ourselves, felt contradictory and dismissive of both my experience and time. The manager was somewhat helpful in the end, but mostly because she saw the situation escalating and realized we were about to argue with staff over the sudden change. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with how we were treated and spoken to. The staff’s approach lacked clarity, professionalism, and basic respect for caregivers who rely on this equipment daily.
View on GoogleI recently purchased a an Airfit N20 mask from Pro Resp and drove home thinking $235.00 seemed awfully high. I went online and discovered that the identical mask was being sold for $150.00 and on sale for $99.00 by Cpap Machines Canada. I contacted Pro Resp and advised I could get a refund as the item was unopened. An hour later I received a call from another employee who advised that the y would not offer a refund. At best a credit could obtained They advised their pricing was dependant on the third party they purchased the item from and their pricing includes the benefit of an on site therapist and the brick and mortar establish they maintain.
