Very disappointing how a grown man can treat my mother so poorly over a mistake they made by not showing up for a promised job. Picks up the phone and starts yelling at her. How disgusting!!!! Shame on you and shame on your company

My elderly mom scheduled service and was told someone would come out the same day. When no one arrived by noon, she called and was promised someone within 30 minutes. By 3:30 there was still no show and no update. When she called again, a receptionist answered and she was put on hold, a man then took over the call and was shockingly rude—telling her they didn’t want to do the job and hung up on her. This was completely unprofessional. She was referred to them by Niagara Trailers and expected a much better experience. Reminder that kindness goes a long way and yelling at someone over the phone is unacceptable!

Extremely rude! They were recommended to me and treated me terribly! And I am far from being a Karen. I hung up and had to fight tears for how I was treated .

Paul and Jacob did an Excellent customer service for us today. We had a hot water heater tank leak and that needed to be replaced. They called to see if they could come early since they had a cancelation. We appreciate that call and told them arrived as soon as they can. 10 minutes later they were here!!! Very professional, covered the stairs and floor before removing the old tank. They knew what they were doing installing the new one. They made sure our water was back on. All the taps working. Paul gave us the final instructions and went over the invoice. He asked us if we had any questions before I signed the contract. I would highly recommend Paul and Jacob again!!

I am so impressed with Jamie who serviced my boiler. I have been 46 years in the Dry Cleaning industry and never have I ever meet such a knowledgeable, kind person. Jamie explained everything thing well and was very meticulous at checking over pertinent safety features. He certainly knows his stuff.
