I have ordered several batteries for atvs and boats from them. They always seem to have what i need in stock. Kyle from pro battery is a super nice guy and great to deal with.

I bought a battery from Als Lube a couple months ago. I started having issues with the battery not holding a charge so I took it to Probattery. They tested the battery and said it was good. I kept having issues so I took my car to a mechanic who couldn't find any faults in my car and said the battery was likely the issue. Probattery refused to take responsibility for it and just wanted me to bring the battery to be retested. My mechanic was unable to test the battery as it wasn't holding a charge even though it was completely disconnected from my vehicle. I confronted Probattery with this information and they agreed to give me a refund but insisted the battery wasn't at fault. There was no apology and no accepting responsibility. I'm out $118 in labour from my mechanic. Kelly was rude and would often talk over me and her tone was that of someone who didn't want to fix the problem but just wanted me to go away. I've been in customer service for 9 years. If I treated me customers this way, I'd be unemployed.

Came in from Chicago with a mobility scooter and the batteries died. They took care of us and were very friendly as well. Tested the old batteries and got us taken care of and on the road. Great service and knowledge. Suggested some good restaurants as well 😁
