I own Aura Landscaping and have worked with a lot of printers over the years and by far PBI and their rockstar team are simply the best! Chuck went over in detail the printing processes to help manage my expectations, then showed me options for paper and made great suggestions such as an aqueous coating to help prevent marking and keep it looking like new. Darryl in the art department was very easy to work with to go over the concept, made great inputs and had open communication regarding changes etc. Amy helped to keep open communication and manage our account. The end result (see attached pics) was an amazing, crisp folder that didn't crack along the spine, and with a finish that will look amazing for a long time.
